Neroli hydrosol is made from bitter orange blossoms. Look for it in health food stores.

The combination of pineapple, coconut, and mint with banana is already great, but the neroli gives this a unique taste of orange blossoms.

¼ cup ice

¼ cup coconut water

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped

1 banana

1 teaspoon neroli hydrosol

Blend together in a high-powered blender until smooth.
